The crosslappers of our Hyper model series offer an alternative to conventional horizontal crosslappers for customers with the highest demands for layering precision and web infeed speed. The web is securely held and guided between two aprons from the card exit to being deposited on a delivery apron. Thus the web structure is preserved, even at high  web infeed speeds.

Control and Operation

The operator is supported by a well-arranged visualization and a recipe management for the complete production line. Integrated help texts and safety values avoid faulty operation. Operating data can be transmitted to the company’s ERP system.
