DiloSystems ist the general contractor for complete nonwoven lines and in close cooperation with our customers and technical research centres designs and engineers these lines.

Since 1996, projects concerning complete production lines have been worked our in close cooperation with Dilospinnbau and, since 2005, DiloTemafa.

In close cooperation with our customers we find the optimum solution for their individual nonwoven production requirements taking into consideration the high quality standards of „Made in Germany“.

Project planning for a complete nonwoven production line is carried out on the basis oft he customer's requirements regarding throughput capacity and quality.

Service

The reliability of our machines and installations is well known. During the warranty period and subsequently, continuous operation is supported by fast availability of spare parts and service.

Quality Control

Based on the norm DIN ISO 9001 Dilo established a quality control system in 1994. This system describes the work flow in all areas of the company including technical, commercial and production departments. Improvements are constantly applied and documented.

Quotation

Based on a customer inquiry, DiloSystems compiles an offer specifying scope of delivery and services, terms of payment and financing. The basis for this offer is our General Conditions of Sale.

Financing

Total price and terms of payment agreement can be followed by possible financing proposals in conjunction with our bank. The investment for a complete production line is in close relationship to its productivity and the quality of the end product.
