Our service department offers at short notice support for the availability of your installation, supply of spare parts and their mounting either from Eberbach or through our subsidiaries. In most cases, it is possible to get a first analysis of the problem via remote diagnosis.

- During the warranty period and subsequently, we offer extensive service worldwide. For this purpose numerous spare parts are on stock or can be supplied as a priority.
- Training prepares your staff individually for the operation of your installation, prior to and during the start-up period. We also offer training in our Textile Research Centre.

- Work in our Textile Research Centres demonstrates capacity, quality and operation characteristics of a complete production line. Furthermore, new needlefelt products are developed here and technical and technological solutions are devised.
