Wide crosslapper

When producing papermachine felts, there are very high standards for web evenness. DiloGroup delivers renowned technique and technology comprising opening and blending components, two carding units plus crosslapper, pre and finish needlelooms in wide working width. The crosslappers in wide working width of the model series DLP are based on the principle of the DiloLayer DLS (three-apron layer). To meet the demands of higher throughput and layering speeds in the press felt sector, the crosslappers of the DLP series can reach web infeed speeds of up to approx. 100 m/min*.
