MultiCard

The universal MultiCard can process a wide range of fibre types and finenesses. It is equipped with a pre-opener, a main cylinder and a double take-off and realizes a high throughput at good web uniformity. Apart from the production speed, low downtime is a decisive factor for line efficiency. Openings for cleaning, swiveling undercasings and a fast removal of the card groups into 5 components allow minimum maintenance and cleaning times. Cleaning intervals are further reduced by an optimized fibre suction concept.
