Last Friday, December 5th, the traditional employee recognition ceremony of DILO took place at the restaurant “Zum Karpfen.”
Harald Dorotik, Klaus Beldermann, Corinna Dietz and Jochen Schäfer were honored for 25 years of service.
Nine employees were recognized for an impressive 40 years with the company: Andreas Preidl, Carmen Preidl, Günter Böhle, Michael Uhrig, Thomas Wolf, Armin Blessin, Jochen Riedinger, Thomas Henrich and Rainer Schäfer.
In addition to the jubilees, Hansjörg Schlemmel, Swetlana Hoppe, Klaus Unrau, Alexander Miernik and Thomas Preidl were formally bid farewell into retirement.
After a brief outlook on expectations for the year 2026, each of the honorees and departing colleagues was individually recognized for their decades of valuable service. With words of gratitude and appreciation, Johann Philipp Dilo presented honorary certificates and medals. A festive dinner in a warm, pre-Christmas atmosphere rounded off the evening.
