On September 2nd, 2024, eight young adults started their careers at the Oskar Dilo Maschinenfabrik KG.
They were welcomed by our HR manager and training officer for our commercial trainees Mr Herminghaus.
This was followed by a tour of the company premises. Equipped with work clothes, a report booklet, and a trainee starter kit, the trainees participated in a final round of questions and dialogue in which their questions and expectations were clarified.
After that, the trainees were assigned to their departments and gained their first professional experience.
A new feature at our company this year is the mentoring program, where the new trainees have a certain contact person in the higher training years who can support and help them.
