  • We offer simulation of stitch distribution and patterns (for DI-LOOP machines). In this way, machine parameters for felts with an optimum surface can be determined without elaborate trials. We can provide a stitch distribution catalogue for your production line on demand.

Profiline CV1

  • Increasing uniformity by using the Profiline CV1 system. The control of the web cross profile compensates for thick edges of the needlefelt in the subsequent needling process by reducing the web mass at the edges in the crosslapping process. An area weight measuring unit at the end of the production line is used for automatically controlling the process. This results in a more uniform needlefelt and thus in considerable fibre savings.
  • Web evenness is controlled by precise ajustment of the belt weigher in front of the card.


  • IsoFeed – system for increasing the unifomity of the flock mat up to 40 % before the card by specific filling of thin areas after the card feeder.


  • By energy recovery in the crosslapper up to ca. 30 % of the electrical energy can be returned to the grid.


  • The transport of fibres and the exhaust air consume most of the energy needed in nonwoven production lines. Therefore, an energy efficient planning of the line is important. A reduction of the changes in direction of the air flow drastically reduces drops in pressure. The design department of DiloTemafa takes care of this task. We have developed the DI-LOWATT system to adapt the flow speed in the tubes to the fibre throughput. The use of speed-controlled fans considerably reduces the energy consumption for fibre transport.



  • The 3D-Lofter can produce a topological distribution of fibres in the web during the production process. The areas with more fibres are distributed according to the stress levels during subsequent moulding or compaction, which results in fibre savings for lightweight components.

Profiline CV1

  • The Profiline CV1-system considerably reduces mass variations in the needlefelt. Although the set value can be reduced, the minimum weight is reached in all areas of the needlefelt.


  • Trimmed needlefelt web edges don’t have to be disposed of. The web edge opener of DiloTemafa can be installed inline and refeeds the opened web edges continuously to fibre preparation.
  • Filters separate air and dust from good fibres which can be returned to fibre preparation.
  • For optimizing customer products, samples can be produced and evaluated in our Research Centres. Experienced technologists assist in product optimization. The production lines are available for man-made fibres as well as natural and glass fibres. Carbon fibres can be processed on our Compact Laboratory Line.

Suction System

  • Ease of cleaning and operation reduces downtime and makes Dilo needling lines very efficient.
  • The card is equipped with integrated suction systems which reduce cleaning frequency. The easy removal of card sections guarantees best accessibility.
  • The needleloom, can also be equipped with a suction system. Fast changing systems for boards, stitching and stripper plates allow an efficient operation at needleboard change and cleaning.

Needle Module Technique

  • The needle module technique sets new standards in the insertion efficiency of needles, especially for intense needling using more than 20.000 needles/m/board. Needle modules consist of 22 needles each which are inserted in slotted needleboards.
