Cyclopunch needlelooms

Micropunch technology is ideal for the gentle needling of sensitive lightweight needlefelts.

The Cyclopunch technology uses a circular needle beam movement. The needlefelt is transported through the needling zone without exterior drives only by the circular kinematics thus resulting in low draft. DILO offers Cyclopunch needlelooms as OUG needlelooms with four needle boards with around 20,000 needles/m working width.

The economic design of the needlelooms allows the use of several in line (Hyperlacing process) which results in a high stitching density. Special needles with only one small barb transports one fiber per stroke, so that virtually any fiber is entangled, resulting in an excellent wear resistance.
