Two-apron layer

For web infeed speeds up to ca. 120 m/min* we offer two-apron layers of the model series DLB/DLBS. Compared to the DLB, the DLBS has one additional drive that results in an increased speed and a more precise adjustment of the apron speeds.

For narrower layering widths, we recommend the DLA crosslapper, part of our economic Alpha-Line. The compact crosslapper DLAK with a 2.2 m layering width maximum is especially suitable for special fibres and research projects. In all crosslappers, the web is buffered at the turning point of the layering carriage to produce a homogeneous layering of the web. To support web guiding at the upper carriage, especially at high speeds, an airguide can be installed.

Control and Operation

The operator is supported by a well-arranged visualization and a recipe management for the complete production line. Operating data can be transmitted to the company’s ERP system.

All crosslappers can be equipped with our CV1 A system for a better cross homogeneity and fibre savings.
