AlphaCard

For medium production speeds, Dilo offers the AlphaCard, part of the economic AlphaLine. This type of card has a double doffer system and can process webs from 10 g/m² to 100 g/m² depending on the fibre used. Condenser rollers can be used optionally for voluminous webs with a higher cross strength. A simple mechanical design and control increase economic efficiency.
