Dosing opener

A dosing opener from DiloTemafa can precede all card feeding units. It consists of a chute feeder and optionally of a fine opening unit and acts as buffer between fibre preparation and web forming. Variations in material feeding are compensated by the DON. A fill level control provides a uniform compression of the fibre mass. This results in a more continuous card feed with smaller flocks.
