AlphaFeed

The AlphaFeed card feeder is an AlphaLine component offering an economic alternative for medium throughputs. It consists of an upper and lower chute with an intermediate unit for further opening of the fibre flocks. Air exit combs in the upper chute result in a homogeneous fibre lay-down over the feeder width. The double vibration function of the chute walls in the lower trunk result in a compact, homogeneous fibre mat.
