DiloGroup at India ITME 2012
The India International Textile Machinery Exhibition – INDIA ITME 2012 – being held for the 9th time at Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre in Mumbai from December 2nd – 7th is an excellent opportunity for the DiloGroup to present its portfolio of equipment to the Indian market. This exhibition is also an important platform for the Asian market in general.
DiloGroup will provide extensive information about production lines made in Germany and recent machine concepts from the DiloGroup companies DiloTemafa, DiloSpinnbau and DiloMachines. A major focus of the new equipment is to improve operation efficiency, web quality and uniformity with positive effects on all staple fibre bonding processes. All these elements belong to the “Dilo – Isomation” process and aim at an even web mass for reduced fibre consumption as raw material is the biggest cost factor in textile production.

Papermachinefelt Needle Loom on its Way to China
950 tonnes of machinery, packed in 21 crates and 3 containers, started their journey from Eberbach to China on September 6. The needle loom type DI-LOOM PMF, which is 18 m wide, 12.3 m high and 4.4 m deep, was first loaded onto an inland waterway craft to start its transport to the North Sea port of Antwerp. There it will be reloaded to be shipped via Shanghai to Kunshan where Dilo technicians will rebuild the machine in its final location.
The difficult loading onto the vessel which took from the early morning into the night required the use of several heavy trailers and huge cranes to lift the crates which each had a weight of up to 100 tonnes from the street via the Neckar bank onto the vessel.
More photograhs from the loading in Eberbach.
Transport via Heidelberg to the North Sea port of Antwerp.

Big Success at the ITMA in Barcelona
On the largest booth for nonwoven production machines with a space of 1000 m² the DiloGroup presented itself as the leader in this field. The DiloGroup was the only exhibitor to show a complete nonwoven production line and to run it with fibre to present numerous newly developed characteristics. This line made in Germany was an attraction drawing about 3500 visitors to the booth.
Main topics were the new Alphamix as well as the suction, filtration and sound insulation techniques from DiloTemafa, the MultiFeed and MultiCard from DiloSpinnbau, the Webguide of the DiloLayer as well as the "Isomation Process" for a more regular fibre mass flow and a more homogeneous final product. Isomation is an integral concept to save fibres.
Thank you very much for your visit and for your interest in our complete lines for the production of nonwovens!
